The Mid-Year AMI is an Elaboration of the Room for Improvement (Risk-Based AUDIT) which includes Risk Identification, Risk Mitigation and Evaluation and Follow-up. This is different from the Year-End AMI for Measurement of KPIs/Effectiveness of Standard Compliance Programs. Positive things identified from the mid-year AMI in the PDIH program include 1) PDIH Study Program already has its own characteristics, advantages that distinguish it from other law study programs. 2) Lectures have been carried out in accordance with the provisions of quality standards, namely 14 lecture meetings and 2 UTS and UAS meetings. Monitoring and Evaluation has been carried out based on EVALUM. 3) The updating of the PDIH curriculum has begun and is in the process of being followed up in the RPPS activities in May 2022. It is hoped that the update will be completed in 2022. 4) PDIH’s specialty is in transcendental law, which is based on prophetic science. 5) There is already a CPL measurement model in the S1 Study Program which will be applied in the S3 Study Program.
The room for improvement that needs to be done by PDIH include 1) Excellence can be used as capital for the development of study program research pathways, 2) Improving the administration of lecture journals by adding meeting columns, 3) Updating the curriculum scheduled in the RPPS will be carried out in clear and directed stages starting from evaluation, improvement and implementation, 4) The peculiarities and advantages of PDIH need to be stated in the CPL matrix and described in CPMK learning, and 5) The CPL measurement model for PDIH can be immediately carried out and compared with other existing measurement models.
